Courts sentence 11 convicted offenders

The Caldwell County district courts handed down sentences to 11 felony offenders last week, three of whom will be spending time in Texas Department of Corrections facilities.

The sentences include:
Fermin De Goicoechea plead true to violating probation on an Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle charge and was sentenced to one year in a State Jail Facility.

J

ose Carrillo plead guilty to Aggravated Assault and Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to six years deferred adjudication.

Jason Holder had previously plead guilty to Felony Theft of Livestock and was sentenced to six years deferred adjudication.

Eric Bricker had previously plead guilty to Sexual Assault of Child and was sentenced to 20 years in a state penitentiary. Bricker”s sentence will run concurrently with a 20-year sentence ordered by Guadalupe County for another offense against the same victim.

Aaron Davila had previously plead guilty to Endangering a Child and was sentenced to four years probation.

Juan Bianco had previously plead guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to two years in prison, probated for five years.

Ty Houston had previously plead guilty to Forgery of Financial Instrument and was sentenced to two years in prison, probated for four years. Houston was also ordered into the Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility.

William Junk had previously plead guilty to two counts of Injury to a Child and was sentenced to seven years in prison, probated for 10 years. Junk also plead guilty to Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication.

Brandon Little had previously plead guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and to Burglary of a Habitation. He was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication.

Peggy Silva had previously plead guilty to two counts of Injury to a Child and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication.

Yvonne Chairez plead guilty to one count of Burglary of a Habitation and three counts of Forgery. She was sentenced 25 years in prison on the burglary and 20 years in prison on the forgery counts.
