Eusebio “Chato” R. Pastrano, 74, passed away peacefully on Monday, Jan. 5, 2015 at 4:30 a.m.
He is preceded in death by his father Mateo Pastrano.
He leaves behind his loving mother of, Petra Robles Pastrano, 95; his five sisters: Marciana Pastrano, Dominga Maciel, Teodora Oliva, Maria Gonzales and Mary Vicky Gonzales; two brothers: Gregorio Pastrano and Joe Morales; 10 n

ieces; 11 nephews and 22 great-nieces and nephews.
Eusebio was a loving brother and uncle who was always able to put a smile on your face and a chuckle in your heart.  No person was ever a stranger, and he always met you with an offering of gum in hand. His favorite greeting of “Quien Compa!” was always followed by him drawing a line with his foot, daring for you to cross.  Anyone who crossed was met by another line and a great laugh.
These are just a few of the memories we will cherish of our beloved Chato.
Family will receive Friends at DeLeon Funeral Home on Thursday Jan. 8, 2015, from 5 – 7 p.m., with the recitation of the Rosary following immediately after. Funeral services will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church of the Visitation on Friday, Jan. 9, at 10 a.m. Interment will be at San Isidro de la Colonia Cemetery in Fentress, Texas.
