We invite you to participate in the Lockhart Veteran’s Day Parade, Saturday, November 9, 2019. Presented by American Legion Post 41 and Hector Rangel Post Commander. Completed applications are due by November 1, 2019. They will also be available the day of the Parade. Lineup will begin at 8 a.m. on Nov. 9.
