Fortino Joseph Rodriguez III, infant son of Samantha Backus and Fortino Joseph Rodriguez II, passed away on Nov. 29, 2012 in Austin,  Texas/

Baby Fortino is survived by his parents; his grandparents, Robert Plant and wife, Tamara, and Margaret Rodriguez; great-grandparents, Fortino Rodriguez and Ron Hosley and wife, Paula; eight aunts: Amber Plant, Kimberly Backus, Amanda B

ackus, Annalia Rodriguez, Elizabeth Backus, Grace Backus, Amber Backus and JoAnn Tanner and husband, Donnie; and four uncles: Steven Backus, Robert Backus, D.J. Rodriguez, and G. Rodriguez.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at Memory Lawn Memorial Park, in Martindale, with Rev. Gary Rodgers officiating.
