Frances C. Foley

Mrs. Frances C. Foley, 70, beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother, and Sister, was called to her eternal resting place on July 14, 2020. She entered this world on September 2, 1949 in Blanco, TX, born to Chester and Betty Hardwell.
Mrs. Foley was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Bryan Foley, and a sister, Gennie Ann Love.
She is survived by her husband Raymond Foley; son Keith Foley; 5 Grandchildren; 2 Great-grandchildren; sister Sue Cooley.
Mrs. Foley laid in state at DeLeon Funeral Home Monday, July 20, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Graveside service was held at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Niederwald Cemetery.
