Gary Lynn Bowen

Gary Lynn Bowen, 54, of Red Rock, died Monday, July 22, 2013. He was born Feb. 12, 1959, in Fort  Worth, Texas to Cecil C. Bowen, Sr. and Joan Dell Bowen.

A visitation was scheduled at at Providence Jones Family Funeral Home in Elgin from 6 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23. Services will be at Bateman Baptist Church in Bateman, Texas, at 3 p.m. on Wednesday with burial follow

ing in Bateman Cemetery.

He is survived by his father, Cecil C. Bowen, Sr.; mother, Jo Foreman; brothers, Cecil Bowen, Jr. (Codie) and Jeff Rowney (Jennifer); sisters, Pam Bowen (Jack Schmidli) and Cecilia Johnson (Robert); an aunt, Bobbie Russell (Doyle); two nephews and eight nieces.
