Henry “Shorty” Vincent entered our world on Oct. 18, 1933. “PawPaw” went Home on Feb. 7, 2009, at the age of 75, after a long happy life.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille and his father, Aaron Vincent.
Shorty is survived by his sisters, Betty Raven, Hazel Rice and husband, Buster, and Sissy Sales; daughter, Trisha Ann Mobley and husband,

Les, and Darla Florene; son, Bubba Vincent and wife, Sandra; “acquired daughters,” Rosie and Jodie; grandchildren: Jenniffer, Chris, Ashley, GB, Summer, Oscar, Tiffany, Staci, Brandon, Shawn ,Renee and Allie; great-grandbabies: Tristan, Hailey, Kailey, Tori, Nathan, Rudy, Domonique, Gabriel, Daniela and Brandon, Jr.; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.

Shorty enjoyed fishing at the river with his favorite fishing buddy, Paula. He loved riding his “motor scooter,” as long as it was a Harley-Davidson. His family remembers “PawPaw” as the life of the party, even at 75.

A memorial celebration will be held Sunday, Feb. 15, 2009, at 1 p.m. at the Gonzales Independence Park located on South 183 in Gonzales, Texas.
