James A. Pearson

James Alvin Pearson passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014 at Parkview Nursing and Rehab. after an extended illness. He was born on June 30, 1939.

He is preceded in death by his father James Alfred “Red” Pearson; his wife, Patsy Pearson; and son, James Allen Pearson.

He is survived by his mother Zelma Pearson, of Lockhart; brother, Robert L. Pearson, of Dale; son, Don Pear

son, of Cedar Park; daughter, Karen Simmons, of Vidor; daughter, Brenda Hellems, of Edgewood; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at the Lockhart Church of Christ at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014.
