ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS

 

Lockhart ISD is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the Renovation of Clear Fork Elementary Project. Proposals shall be addressed to Lockhart Independent School District, Attn: Tanya Homann, 105 S. Colorado Street, Lockhart, Texas 78644 as stated in the proposal packet. All proposals must be received by 2:00pm on February 4, 2016.

 

There will be a pre-proposal meeting on January 21, 2016, at 3:30 PM at the Clear Fork Elementary School, 1102 Clear Fork St., Lockhart, Texas 78644. Attendance is highly recommended.

 

The CSP package may be obtained from the Architect, Huckabee & Associates, Inc. by calling 800.687.1229 or calling Lockhart ISD Administration Office at 512-398-0052.

 

Lockhart Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any formalities and irregularities in the proposals received, and will accept the response(s) determined to be in the best interests of the District.
