The City of Lockhart Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at 7:00 P.M. in the lower level of City Hall, 308 West San Antonio Street, Lockhart, Texas, to receive public input regarding the following:

 

SUP-16-16. A request by Conley Covert on behalf of Infrared Real Estate Group, LLC, for a Specific Use Permit to allow a Food Processing and Preparation Plant, Special Events Facility, and Mixed Use Building on Part of Lot 1, Block 23, Original Town of Lockhart, zoned CCB Commercial Central Business District and located at 101 East San Antonio Street (SH 142).

All interested persons owning property within 200 feet of this property wishing to state their support or opposition must do so at this Public Hearing; or they must submit a written statement to the City Planner or his designee for presentation to the Planning and Zoning Commission at or before the time the Public Hearing begins.

The City of Martindale seeks to develop an application to the Texas Department of Agriculture for the 2017/2018 Community Development Fund for eligible activities associated to the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program. Accordingly, the City is separately soliciting (A) proposals from Administrative Consultants for Application Preparation and Project Administration and (B) qualifications from Texas-Registered Engineers to provide engineering services associated to Application Preparation and Project Implementation. Firms and/or individuals should have past experience with federally funded programs.
