ORDINANCE 2014-01

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOCKHART, TEXAS, VACATING AND ABANDONING A NARROW STRIP OF LAND CONSTITUTING 0.0380 ACRES OF THE 1600 BLOCK OF THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF NORTH PECOS STREET AS SHOWN ATTACHMENT A TO THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Caldwell County Appraisal District will be accepting applications until January 24, 2014 for appointment as an Appraisal Review Board member for the 2014/2015 term.
