NOTICE OF APPLICATION

E & W Oil, Inc.  P. O. Box 1106 Lockhart, TX 78644 is applying to  The  Railroad  Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a reservoir productive of oil or gas.

 

The applicant proposes to inject  fluid  into  the  Edwards formation, Bunch, Joe  lease, well number 10W. The well is located  6 miles Southeast  of Lockhart in the Luling -Branyon  field    in  Caldwell County.

Fluid   will  be    injected    into strata in the subsurface depth  depth   interval  from 2,600 to 3,300 feet.

 

LEGAL AUTHORITY:  Chapter 27 of the  Texas  Water Code, as   amended,  Title   3 of the Texas   Natural       Resources Code,  as amended   and   the Statewide    Rules of    the Oil and  Gas  Division  of the Railroad Commission of Texas.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOCKHART, TEXAS AMENDING CHAPTERS 2, 28, 40, AND 64 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES IN ORDER TO MAKE UNIFORM AND CLARIFY THE PROCEDURES FOR THE REMOVAL OF CITY BOARD, COMMISSION AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS, PROVIDING A REPEALER, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The proposed tax rate is 0.185400 per $100 of value.  The proposed tax rate would increase total taxes in City of Uhland by 7.979033 percent.

ATTN: Caldwell County Rural Land/Homeowners

The county is currently undergoing some readdressing in various areas to conform to 911 standards. The areas being corrected between now and January are:

• PEBBLESTONE RD

• OLD KELLEY RD

• SAN MARCOS HWY

• S US HWY 183 (between Lockhart and Luling)
