Molester to serve four life sentences

During the week of June 20-24, the Caldwell County District Courts entered sentences for 16 convicted offenders, including convicted child molester Jerry Graham. Of those sentenced, six will spend time behind bars, including Graham.
Early this month, Graham, 35, was was convicted by a jury of having committed two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child and two counts of In

decency with a Child. He was sentenced to four concurrent life terms in the Institutional Division. He will not be eligible for parole until the year 2040.
Brian Cyr pled guilty to the felony offense of Forgery and was sentenced to 270 days in the State Jail Division.
Shawn Travis Forbes pled guilty to the felony offense of Forgery. He was sentenced to 18 months in the State Jail Facility and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $414.52.
Jason Ivey pled true to violating his probation on a Failure to20 Assist at an Accident Involving Personal Injury. He was sentenced to four years confinement in the Institutional Division.
William Junk pled true to violating his probation on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Injury to a Child. He was continued on probation with a condition for day treatment from the Caldwell County Jail.
Jimmy Ledesma pled guilty to the felony offense of Forgery and was sentenced to four years probation and fined $1,000.
Robert J. Lewis pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation. Lewis was sentenced to 6 years probation and fined $2,000.
Gilberto Lopez pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated – Subsequent Offense. He was sentenced to seven years probation and fined $2,500.
David McAnally pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of Marijuana 5 lbs. > 1/4 gram. He was sentenced to four years probation with a condition that he attend the Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility and fined $1,500.
Kenny McCoy pled true to violating his probation on a Possession of a Controlled Substance charge and was sentenced to three years probation with a condition for placement in Court Residential Treatment Facility (CRTC).
Hermes E. Mendez pled true to violating his probation on a Burglary of a Building and Bribery charges. He was sentenced to continue on probation with 30 days in the County jail as a condition of such probation.
Denice Moore pled guilty to the felony offense of Criminally Negligent Homicide. She was sentenced to two years probation and fined $500.
Michael Staudt pled true to violating his probation on Attempted Murder and Aggravated Assault charges. Staudt was continued on probation with a condition for placement in a Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility.
Brandon Schuelke pled true to violating his probation on two felony cases of Burglary of Habitation. His probation was extended for one year on Intensive Supervision with a condition for placement in CRTC (Uvalde).
Severo Valdez pled true to violating his probation on a Possession of a Controlled Substance charge. His probation was extended for one year.
Jason Zumwalt pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault. He was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Institutional Division.
