Betty P. Schulle

Betty P. Schulle, 94, of Maxwell, passed away Nov. 10, 2004 in Lockhart, Texas. She was born on July 16, 1910 in Caldwell County to Ferdinand Scheel and Lydia (Schnautz) Scheel. She married Frank A. Schulle, Sr. on Dec. 28, 1928 in Maxwell, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank A. Schulle, Sr.; son, Eugene E. Schulle;

grandson, Andy Schulle; brothers, Hilmer Scheel and Harry Scheel; sisters Freida Heideman and Francis VanVandt.

She is survived by her son, Frank A. Schulle, Jr. and wife Dorothy of Lockhart; daughter, Alma Schulle of Maxwell; daughter-in-law, Dora Schulle; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was a member of Ebenezer Lutheran Church, the Ladies Aid Society, a Sunday school teacher and was well known for making communion bread for Grace Lutheran Church for many years.

Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 11, 2004 at McCurdy Funeral Home. Services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004 at McCurdy Memorial Chapel, Rev. Craig A. Gabriel, officiating. Interment followed at the Ebenezer Lutheran Cemetery in Maxwell. Pallbearers: Mike Hohle, Marty Hazelwood, Clifford Fischer, David Reed, Bruce Germer and Tim Barnett.

In lieu of flowers, memorials maybe made to Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Maxwell.
