Ethan Antonio Balandran, 4, of Manchaca, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2006.
He was born on Sept. 7, 2001.
Ethan is survived by his parents, Ray Balandran and Cathy Balandran of Manchaca; sister Jasmine Rose Balandran, also of Manchaca; brothers, Jordan Ray Balandran, Christian Alex Balandran and Michael Diaz, all of Lago Vista, and Tristan Reyes of Manor; mater

nal grandparents, James and Cynthia Duve, of Manchaca; paternal grandmother Lupe Rangel and husband Alberto, of Lockhart; paternal grandfather Alex Martinez and wife Penny, of Cedar Park; great-grandfather Antonio Silva, of Lockhart; aunts, Ana Arranda and husband Tony, of Lockhart, Amy Ward and husband Marshall, of Manchaca, Kaley Kline and husband Brian, of Kyle, and Heather Martinez, of Austin; uncles, John Carlos Castillo, of Austin, Michael Castillo and wife, Ellen, of Ft. Bragg, N.C., Chad Duve and Shannon, of Manchaca, Alex Martinez and wife Gloria, of Austin; and godparents, Mario and Monica Quiroz of Elgin. Ethan is also survived by numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and other family members and friends.
Recitation of the rosary was at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12 at the DeLeon Funeral Home. Funeral mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 14 at St. Mary”s Catholic Church. Burial followed in St. Mary”s Cemetery.
Proud to serve as pallbearers were Rick Gonzales, Frank Pena, David Leandro and Mario Quiroz. Honorary pallbearers were John Carlos Castillo and Michael Castillo.
