Geneva Nino Barboza

Mrs. Barboza was born Jan. 2, 1962, in Hays County Texas to Estanis V. Nino and Felicitas Cardenas.

She is survived by her daughter, Raven Barboza, of Austin; sisters, Diane Torrez, of Lockhart, Olivia Castillo, of Buda, and Mary Hernandez, of Austin; one brother, Victor Nino, of Lockhart; and  two grandchildren, Felicia and Kimberly Barboza, both of Austin.

ce was held at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2011, at DeLeon Funeral Home. Graveside service was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2011, at San Pablo Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Victor Nino, Jr., Frankie Longoria, Valdo Castillo, III, Mark Montes, Matthew Guerrero and Xavier Guedea.

Services were under the direction of Samuel J. DeLeon and Son/DeLeon Funeral Home, 110 Cedar St. Lockhart, Texas 78644.
