John W. Fulps

John W. Fulps, 91, of Lockhart, passed away on April 27, 2009 in Lockhart. He was born on July 17, 1917, to John and Kate Fulps in Graham, Texas.

Mr. Fulps was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and a sister.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Dorothy Fulps; son, John W. Fulps, III; step-daughter, Carolyn Hudler; and step-son, Roy Barber.

The family accepted friends beginning at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at McCurdy Funeral Home in Lockhart. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2009, at McCurdy Memorial Chapel in Lockhart, with Bob Hailey officiating and interment following at the Lockhart City Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Waylon Hebert, Mark, Hebert, Roger Hebert, Randy Moore, Johnathan Fulps and Michael D. Fulps.
