Juan Sandoval, Sr. went peacefully to his eternal rest to be with our heavenly father on September 20, 2004 at the age of 90. Juan honored his family and country serving in the U.S. Army during WWII.

He was a beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, great-great grandfather, & uncle. Juan was dedicated to his faith, family and community, serving his time a

t Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Martindale, Texas with the choir and various liturgical ministries. Born on November 14, 1913 in Martindale, Texas.

Juan is survived by one son: John Sandoval Jr., and wife Abby of Martindale, Texas; daughters: Lina S. Delgado and husband Pule of Reedville, Texas, Lucy S. Walther and husband Allen of Buda, Texas, Angie S. Rodriguez and husband Arnold of Kyle, Texas; 11 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great Grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years Dominga Sandoval, brother: Santiago Sandoval, and sisters: Fabiana Valdez & Leonor Zapata.

Recitation of rosary will be held on Wednesday, September 22, at 7:30 p.m. at Los Angeles Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be Thursday, September 23, at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Reedville, Texas where Military Honors will be entrusted to the San Marcos Post of the V.F.W.

Serving as pallbearers are: Eric Sandoval, Alice Berma, Rudy Delgado, Victoria Duran, Jerry Cervantez, Teresa Rodriguez, Randy Padilla and April Sandoval. Arrangements entrusted to Villasenor Family Los Angeles Funeral Home, San Marcos,Tx.
