Maria Antonella Van Horn, of Austin, known to many in her fashion design business as Antonella Arden, died in Austin on May 10, 2005. A native of Rome, Italy, Antonella came to the U.S. in 1967. She will be remembered for the joy she found expressing her artistic talents, including painting, cooking, sewing and gardening. She shared those blessings with many others and she w

ill surely be missed.
Antonella was preceded in death by her parents, Armando and Francesca Moriconi, and her only sibling, Grazia Pugliese. She is survived by her husband, Jeff Van Horn, her daughter and husband, Sabelyn and David Pussman, her son and wife, Nicholas and Rachael Arden, her daughter-in-law, Marisol Arden, her grandchildren, Gerard Arden and Shayla Harris, and her niece and nephew, Patricia Florentine and Alex Pugliese.
Services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 13, 2005, at Sacred Heart Catholic Churchin Austin, Texas. A reception followed at the church. Burial was held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday at Jeffrey Cemetery in McMahan, Caldwell County, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that for those desiring to do so, memorials may be made to Hospice Austin – Christopher House, 2820 E. MLK Blvd., Austin, Texas 78702.
