Mr. LaBuhn Was my principle at Crockett Elementary school in SMCISD in texas. He was the best principle I’ve ever had and After I moved to 6th grade It happened. I am glad I knew him while I did, And he was a great loving person with no students ever disliking him! You could go to him feeling enraged at your limit, But he’d keep calm and never raise his voice, And you could leave feeling like a million bucks. A firm hand shake. He is the reason I tried hard in school, because he believed in me and always gave great advice and helped me when I needed it most. Growing up with autism wasn’t easy but he understood the setbacks and difficulties to having it and being bullied, and for that I made an effort later in life to work hard and finally graduate in 2020 when I first found out the true story. thank you mr. LaBuhn, You helped me in ways no one else could. I will always remember not being able to spell your last name. (Us kids were too young) So we’d put “mr laboon” Thank you.
