Roy Hewitt

Roy Buckner Hewitt, 84, of Hutto, Texas passed away on May 22, 2014. He was born on August 26, 1929 in Fort Worth, Texas to James Fite and Frankie Beatrice Barnett Hewitt.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Christine Hewitt; his son, Richard Don Hewitt and wife, Kathy, of Granbury, Texas; his daughter, Mary Margaret Smith and husband, Robert, of Hutto, Texas; his s

ister, Frankie B. Schultz and husband, Herbert of Lockhart, Texas; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Family received friends at McCurdy Funeral Home an hour before service time. Services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 25, 2014, with interment following at Lockhart City Cemetery with Rev. Gary Rodgers officiating.
