Thadeaus Adam “Ted” Swiderski, 75, passed away Thursday, Sept. 21, 2006, at his home in Lockhart. He was born March 31, 1931, in Erie, Pa.
Ted served proudly in the United States Army and was wounded in action during the Korean War. He made his way to Houston in 1948, married JoAnn Elizabeth Brown on Feb. 3, 1951, and spent his professional life as co-owner of Care Ser

vice Co. in Spring Branch. Together, he and JoAnn raised two beloved children, Thad and Sissy. An avid hunter and fisherman, Ted spent every moment he could outdoors and in the company of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, JoAnn, and his daughter, Eleanor Gay “Sissy” Walker.
His is survived by his son, Thadeaus Adam Swiderski, Jr. and wife Patricia, of Lockhart; his son-in-law, James Walker, and wife Tanya, of Katy; and his grandsons, Cody Wayne Walker and Thadeaus Adam “Tripp” Swiderski, III.
A memorial service to honor Ted will be held Saturday, Sept. 30, 2006, in Lockhart.
