NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BY THE Board of Directors of the Lockhart Economic Development Corporation at 6:00 p.m. Monday, March 5, 2012 in Lockhart City Hall, 308 West San Antonio Street, Lockhart, Texas to discuss plans and receive public input regarding participation in a project under Section 4B 505.152 of the Development Corporation Act which specifically permits expenditures of tax proceeds for public parks and related open space improvements.
The proposed project will assist the City of Lockhart in an amount up to $30,000 to pay for materials to assist in constructing 22 recreational vehicle sites in Lockhart State Park.
All interested parties, are encouraged to attend and present their views.
