WHEREAS, RUTHANNE GARNER filed a(n) MOTION TO EXTEND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, in the 35TH DISTRICT COURT of Mills County, Texas, on the 19th day of November, 2014, in a suit numbered 09-02-6073, on the Docket, where RUTHANNE GARNER is Petitioner(s) and JACOB WADE GARNER is Respondent(s),

appeared as per attached copy of ORDER ON MOTION TO EXTEND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND ORDER SETTING HEARING ON TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER- DECEMBER 3 2014.

Upon presentation of said petition to him and consideration, thereof, the Honorable STEPHEN ELLIS, Judge, made the following order: The requirement for a bond having been waived, you are therefore commanded to desist and refrain from the commission or continuance of the act enjoined, or to obey and execute such order as the judge has seen proper to make, more fully explained in the attached copy of ORDER ON MOTION TO EXTEND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND ORDER SETTING HEARING ON TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER- DECEMBER 3 2014, until and pending the hearing of such petition upon Petitioner”s Application for a temporary injunction/restraining order before the judge of said court at Goldthwaite, Texas in the 35TH DISTRICT COURT Courtroom, located at 1011 Fourth St Courthouse, Goldthwaite, Mills County, Texas, when and where you will appear to show cause why injunction/restraining order should not be granted upon such petition effective until final decree/order in such suit.

 

Family Code, Section 105.001(f) The violation of a temporary restraining order, temporary injunction, or other temporary order rendered under this section is punishable by contempt and the order is subject to and enforceable under Chapter 157.

CITY OF LOCKHART

PUBLIC BID FOR FUELS

The City of Lockhart is accepting annual supply bids for approximately 40,000 gallons of unleaded plus gasoline and 26,000 gallons of Nol. 2 dyed diesel fuel. A minimum of two-thousand five hundred (2,500) gallons would be ordered at any given time. The price of fuels may increase or decrease based on the weekly average Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) price published each Thursday from the Austin, Texas, Rack. The amount designated as the supplier’s profit margin per gallon must include delivery and must remain the same during the term of the contract. The contract term will be from one year from the date of approval by the City Council. Bid award may be separate for each fuel. Required forms for bid submittal are available from the Public Works Office at 705 Wichita Street during normal business hours.

 

Bids must be received by 2 pm, Friday, December 12, 2014 at City Hall, 308 W. San Antonio Street, Lockhart, Texas 78644. Bids not received by this time and date will be rejected. Bid envelopes should be externally marked to indicate “Fuel Bids”.

 

The City of Lockhart reserves the right to reject any and all fuel bids.

Public Bid Notice

The City of Lockhart is accepting bids until 2 pm. Friday, December 12, 2014, at City Hall, 308 W. San Antonio Street, Lockhart, TX, for annual maintenance mowing and weed-eating activities at the Lockhart Municipal Airport in specified areas. All bidders must posses a valid City of Lockhart contractor’s license and be bonded. Qualified bidders may obtain specifications packets at the Public Works Department, 705 Wichita St., during normal business hours. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site before submitting a bid. Mowing frequencies will vary based on weather conditions and needs.

 

Bids not received by the date and time as specified above will be rejected. The City of Lockhart retains the right to reject any and all bids.
