On Feb. 20, 2015 our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Sister, Wanda “Jolene” Crozier, departed this earth.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Robert C. “Bob” (Natascha) Walker of Cedar Park and James “Jim” (Dokie) Walker of Round Rock. Also surviving are her most loved grandchildren Kyle, Katie, Rachel, Audrey and Sydney Walker. Her only sister, Louise

Lightsey (Jerry) of Austin will miss her deeply as well. Jolene is also survived by stepson, Jeffrey Crozier (Cheri) and step-grandson, Robert “Bob” Crozier. She is preceded in death by her parents, Judson and Lovena and her husband, James Crozier.
Jolene was born Dec. 13, 1938 to Judson and Lovena Owen in McMahan, Texas, in her grandparents’ home. Growing up on her grandparents’ farm, she spent many happy times working in the vegetable garden, playing in the creek bottoms and hunting small game.
Jolene loved hunting, cooking (a family trait), hosting get-togethers, and barbeques. She loved spending time out at her ranch with her children and friends. She and her late husband Jim Crozier were the proud members of the Seminole Rebels Club, a group that participated in many barbecue cook-offs and social events. Jolene retired in Jan 2014 from Delta Kappa Gamma Society International after 30 years of dedicated service as their Accounting Supervisor. She made many treasured memories and friendships during her time there. Those times spent playing Bunko and having Red Hat Society parties were also precious to her.
Jolene loved to travel. She took many “girl” trips with Louise and her friends over the years. She loved horse races and watching tennis tournaments. She was most passionate about her family though. Her grandchildren brought her great joy. She was an avid attendee of their dance recitals, tennis matches, and softball games. Her sons were the apple of her eye and she was most happy when they would call just to visit and find out how her day was going. We will never forget her love for us.
Visitation was scheduled form 9 – 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015, at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home on North Lamar followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Graveside services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at Jeffrey Cemetery in McMahan, TX.
Arrangements by Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 3125 N. Lamar Blvd, Austin, Texas 78705. (512) 452-8811.
