Our beloved Juan Serna Rodriguez, Jr., 41, of Lockhart was called by our Heavenly Father on Oct. 14, 2017. He was preceded in death by his brother, Vincent Lee Ruiz; his nephew, Joe Angel Ruiz; and his great-grandmother Susie Lopez Acosta
Juan is survived by his loving fiancée, Iris Rosalez; his precious children, Mary Selena Rodriguez, Aniyah Rodriguez and Alexander Rodriguez; his beautiful grandchildren, Neveah Sepulveda, Jazmine Rodriguez-Sepulveda, Faith Sepulveda and Jessie Rodriguez-Sepulveda; his beloved mother, Mary Irene Conde, and his stepfather, Fermin Montealvo; his grandmother, Esperanza Saldaña; his uncle, Johnny Acosta; his brother, John Manuel Ruiz, and wife, Carrie; his sister, Rosemary Ruiz, and husband, George Rodriguez; his step-son, Tino Martinez; amd numerous nieces and nephews, other family, and friends.
Visitation was scheduled at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2017, with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 7 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home – East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St. Funeral Service will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017, also at Mission Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
