Retha Mae Cleghorn

Retha Mae Cleghorn , 67, passed away on Friday, May 18, 2007 in Paige, Texas.
She was born to Isaac and Maybell (Dinges) Cheatham on May 18, 1940 in Caldwell County, Texas.
Retha married William Eugene Cleghorn on Dec. 23, 1960. She was a beloved wife, mother, nana, sister, and aunt. Retha loved to be around family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all

who knew her gentle spirit and kind words.
Retha was preceded in death by her parents, son and brothers. She is survived by her husband, William Eugene Cleghorn; son, William Russell Cleghorn and wife, Pam of Paige; four grandchildren: Mandy Tobola, Rustin Cleghorn, Ryan Cleghorn and Reagan Cleghorn; three great-granddchildren: Shelbie Tobola, Austin Tobola and Kylie Tobola; four brothers: Clovis Cheatham, Robert Cheatham, Johnny Cheatham and Ross Cheatham; and six sisters: Dorothy Weeks, Gladys Sexton, Betty Wagner, Shirley Zimmerhanzel, Gwen Mueth and Debbie Allen.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at McCurdy Memorial Chapel, with Rocky Moncus officiating. Interment followed at Guadalupe Valley Cemetery in New Braunfels, Texas. Pallbearers were: Donnie Hajek, Johnny Condel, Randy Zimmerhanzel, Wendell Kovar, Wendell Cleghorn, Zackary Cleghorn, Clifford Meuggenborg and Chris Cleghorn. Honorary pallbearers were Kevin Condel, Brandon Hajek, Keith Zimmerhanzel, Kraig Zimmerhanzel and Brett Hajek.
