Mr. James Christopher Mayo, 45, of Austin, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007.
Mr. Mayo is survived by his fiancee, Marie Brown of Austin; mother, Maria Elena Sanchez Mayo of Fargo, N.D.; father, Gilbert Mayo of Austin; sisters, Sonia Hohnadel and husband, Greg, of Moorhead, Minn., Maria Jehy and husband, Dean, and Sandra Kay Mayo, all of Fargo, N.D.; brothers, Gilbert Mayo

, Jr., of Austin, Tim Mayo, of Hillsboro, N.D., Gabriel Mayo and wife, Audra, of West Fargo, N.D., and Samuel Mayo and wife Cody, of Sioux Falls, S.D. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Manuela Pastrano Mayo of Austin; 21 nephews and nieces; and two great-nephews.
A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3, in the DeLeon Funeral Home Chapel.
