Crazy Creative Cocktail Class & Charcuterie

A fun class learning to make 4 highly unusual signature drinks your guests will never forget, while you nibble on chef-prepared charcuterie+

This is a team event hosted by the 1898 cellar (below the Culinary Room) and The Culinary Room (street level) The class will actually take place in the 1898, which is a beautiful space with the entrance located beside the Culinary Room, down a flight of stairs into a cozy 100 year old expansive stone wine cellar (Because of this, guests will need to be able to traverse a staircase. Unfortunately, there is no elevator entrance at this time.)
Whether you want to take a couple’s class, come solo for food and fun and new friends, bring all your friends, or learn to make a surprise for Valentine’s Day with or without anyone else, this will be a class for anyone as long as you are 21+ and ready for a very entertaining evening that will take your signature cocktail prep to the next level.
Each guest will be greeted with a chef-prepared elegant charcuterie and cheese board for appetizer nibbles during the event that has cured meats, artisan cheeses, fruits, spreads, crackers, sweets, veggies, olives and more plus a house made baguette. Water will also be provided before we get started with the mixology in which you also get to partake!…the drinks will flow as the evening progresses and, trust me, they are part of the entertainment!
You will be instructed by industry professionals that are part gourmet experts and part mad scientists. You’ll learn to make a black cherry martini that shimmers, a flaming cocktail, a champagne molded cocktail bite with strawberry slices, and a color-changing smoking dirty martini…but, most of all, you’ll have a blast.
