Joe Pat Williams

Joe Pat Williams, 86, of Lockhart, passed away peacefully at the Golden Age Nursing Home. Pat was born on Oct.1, 1922, to Oscar and Vera Nicholson Williams in Balinger, Texas.

Pat worked as a salesman for wholesale fabric companies before his retirement. He was a veteran and served in the Army of the United States from May 20, 1944, until July 5, 1945.

Pat was preceded in death by his wife Patsy Ruth Williams on Sept. 7, 2006.
He was of the Episcopalian faith.

Pat is survived by his daughter, Amanda Williams, of Austin, Texas.

The family suggests memorials in his honor to Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Lockhart, Texas, or Episcopal Church of the Heavenly Rest in Abilene, Texas.
