White team snags win
The eighth-grade white team started its season with a 6-0 victory against the Hays-Dahlstrom Mustangs.
The only score of the contest came on a 30-yard run by #29 Joseph Gonzales in the third quarter for a 6-0 score. The kick failed.
Linebacker Justin Coffin had two quarterback sacks during the contest. Linebacker Gaylon Hill showed great pursuit during the game a
nd ended with five tackles during the contest.
