Francisco Juarez

Francisco Juarez, 85, of Lockhart, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2011. He was born on Oct. 15, 1925.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Infante Juarez and Anita Cuellar, three brothers and six sisters.

Survivors include his loving wife of 33 years, Concepcion Juarez; daughters, Elisa Juarez Galvan and Petronila Juarez Mayen; grandchildren: Patricia Anderson

and husband, Bryan, Jennifer Zavala and husband, Abel, Robert Galvan and wife, Alexce, James Galvan, Raymond Blanquiz and wife, Natalie, and Priscilla Mayen; and great-grandchildren: Ethan Anderson, Megan Anderson, Samuel Anderson, Joshua Cardenas, Josiah Cardenas, Jeremiah Cardenas, Amanda Zavala, Alta Zzavala, Robert Galvan, Tilly Galvan, Liana Galvan, Raymond Blanquiz and Victoria Blanquiz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 16, 2011, at DeLeon Funeral Home. Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2011, with interment following at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Lockhart. Serving as pallbearers were Emilio Juarez, Jr., Richard Juarez, Jimmy Juarez, Gus Briceno, Ray Martinez and Juanito Perez. Honorary Pallbearers were David Juarez, Hunter Cates, Robert Galvan, James Galvan, Raymond Blanquiz and Randy Martinez.
