She was born in Austin, Texas on October 25, 1954 to Harold and Janet Schmidt Putman.

Stepchildren, Julie Larson of Squim, Washington and John Kellum, Jr. of Fall River Mills, California. Brother, Russell Putman of Dale,Texas. Sisters, Stephanie Serrano of Wimberley, Texas , Joni Billerbeck of Cedar Park, Texas and Kristin Arnold of Martindale, Texas.
In lieu of flowers the family the family suggests memorial contributions to First-Lockhart National Bank in the name of Troy Putman in care of James Kellum under the TUTMA, her surviving sons. arrangements with Eeds Funeral Home.
