Bids submitted must be good fo
r 120 days. Sealed bid envelopes should be marked “Wood Floors”. Proof of general liability and worker’s compensation coverage naming the City of Lockhart as an additional insured will be required before final award.
All bids must include all materials and labor required to finish the job per specs and plans available. In your bid, please include the time scope of completion and projected start date.
Due to the nature of this job. All potential bidders will be required to attend a pre-bid meeting on Friday, September 20th at 10am to discuss the scope and other necessary information needed for the restoration.

SUBDIVISION SERVICE EXTENSION POLICY OF MAXWELL WATER
SUPPLY CORPORATION
Pursuant to Chapter 13.2502 of the Texas Water Code, Maxwell Water Supply Corporation (MWSC) hereby gives notice that any person who subdivides land by dividing any lot, tract or parcel of land, within the service area of MWSC, Certificate of Convenience and Necessity No. 10293, in Hays or Caldwell Counties, into two or more lots or sites for the purpose of sale or development, whether immediate or future, including re-subdivision of land for which a plat has been filed and recorded or requests more than two water service connections on a single contiguous tract of land must comply with all applicable requirements of the MWSC Tariff and Appendix B – Rules and Regulations Concerning Maxwell’s Service to Subdivisions (referred to herein as “Appendix B”).
Maxwell Water Supply Corporation is not required to extend retail water utility service to a service applicant in a subdivision where the developer of the subdivision has failed to comply with all of the applicable requirements of the MWSC Tariff and Appendix B.
Applicable requirements from the MWSC Tariff and Appendix B may include but are not limited to the following:
Evaluation by MWSC of the impact a proposed subdivision service extension will make on MWSC’s water supply system and payment of the costs for this evaluation by the developer;
Payment of reasonable costs or fees by the developer for providing water supply service capacity;
Payment of fees for reserving water supply service capacity; forfeiture of reserved water supply service capacity for failure to pay applicable fees; Payment of costs of any improvements to MWSC’s system that are necessary to provide the water service; Construction according to design approved by MWSC and transfer of ownership by the developer of water facilities within the subdivision to MWSC following inspection and final acceptance by MWSC.
