Cruz Castillo Reyna

Cruz Castillo Reyna, 81, of Luling passed away on March 18, 2006 in San Marcos, Texas. She was born on Sept. 14, 1924 in Mexico to Francisco Castillo and Augustina Garcia.
She was united in marriage to Vincente Reyna, who passed away on Sept. 11, 1986.
Mrs. Reyna was a homemaker and a member of St. John”s Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents,

her husband and one brother, Ernesto Castillo.
She is survived by her daughters, Estela Cardenas and Hortencia Villanueva, both of Luling; sons Jose Luis Reyna, Bartolo Reyna, Felix Reyna and Nazario Reyna, all of Luling, Jose Reyna of Martindale and Julian Reyna and Leonardo Reyna of Lockhart; sisters Petra Castillo, Artemia Castillo and Inez Castillo; brothers Juan Castillo and Severo Castillo; 50 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren.
Services were held on Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at 10 a.m. at St. John”s Catholic Church in Luling with Father Wilson Mayorga officiating. Interment followed in St. Mary”s Catholic Cemetery in Lockhart.
Proud to serve as pallbearers were Jose Reyna, Jaime Villanueva, Ramon Reyna, Julian Reyna, Vincente Reyna and Eugene Cardenas.
