ERS Telecom Properties is proposing to construct a 199’ monopole telecommunications tower and associated compound near Highway 142 & Greenhouse Rd, Martindale, TX. At least a 30’ buffer beyond the proposed 70″ x 85″ lease area, along with associated easments, was reviewed. Any interested party may file comments with
Environmentex at 6060 N. Central Expwy #560, Dallas, TX 75206 or fax 214.367.3861 on the impact of the proposed action on any districts, sites, buildings, structures or objects significant in American history, archaeology, engineering or culture that are listed or determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places under National Historic Preservation Act Section 106.
Interested persons may review the project application pending with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering Form 854 File No. A0894253. Interested persons may comment or raise environmental impact concerns about the proposed action by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the FCC. The FCC strongly encourages all interested parties to make such filings online, following the instructions found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest. Paper filings can be sent to: FCC Requests for Environmental Review, Attn: Ramon Williams, 445 12th Street SW, Washington, DC 20554. All comments or filings should be limited to environmental and historic/cultural resource impact concerns and must be received on or before April 6, 2014. This invitation to comment is separate from any local planning/zoning process that may apply to this project.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
AND
AFFORDING AN
OPPORTUNITY FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
The Austin District of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT-AUS) will conduct a public meeting on Thursday, April 3, 2014. The meeting will begin at 4:30 p.m. and will be held at The Texas Department of Transportation Riverside Campus, 200 East Riverside, Building 200, Austin, Texas. The purpose of the meeting is to provide information regarding transportation projects and programs that might affect bicycle use of the state system within the Austin District. The Austin District is made up of Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Gillespie, Hays, Mason, Lee, Llano, Travis, and Williamson Counties.
The meeting will consist of an open house from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Maps and other drawings showing the existing state system and upcoming projects on the state system will be displayed.
All interested citizens are invited to attend this public meeting. Verbal and written comments from the public regarding bicycle use of the state system in the Austin District are requested. Comments may be presented either at the meeting or in writing within 15 days after the public meeting (postmarked on or before Friday, April 18, 2014). Written comments not turned in at the meeting should be mailed to Bonnie Lister, Austin District Bicycle Coordinator, Texas Department of Transportation, P.O. Box 15426, Austin, Texas, 78761-5426.
Any interested citizen may request that this meeting be formalized into a public hearing by submitting a written request to Bonnie Lister, at the above mentioned address, on/or before Thursday, March 20, 2014. In the event such request is received, the public meeting to be held April 3, 2014, will include a formal public hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m.
