Hazel Schroeder

Hazel Louvinia Schroeder, 91, of Round Rock, passed away Tuesday June 17, 2014. Hazel died peacefully at home with family by her side.
She was the daughter of Asa Lee Newman and Canzada Elizabeth Bryan Newman.  She was born in Thrall, Texas, on Feb. 6, 1923.  Hazel is survived by her daughters, LaVerne Kirkpatrick and husband, Tommy, Shirley Inman and husband, Sammie, and Do

nna Ferrell and husband, Larry; her son, Gary Louis Schroeder and wife, Beth; nine grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Alfred Schroeder; son, Glenn Alfred Schroeder; one sister and five brothers.
Hazel was a long time member of Palm Valley Lutheran Church in Round Rock. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
A visitation will be held Thursday, June 19, 2014, from 6-8 p.m. at Beck Funeral Home, 15709 Ranch Road 620, Austin, Texas. Funeral services were held Friday, June 20, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Beck Funeral Home. Burial was at Taylor City Cemetery.
