Albert Davila

Albert “Big Al” Davila of Lockhart, passed away on Oct. 19, 2013, at the age of 69. He was born on March 22, 1944, in Mendoza, Texas, to Antonio and Angelita Davilla.
His parents preceded him in death. He is survived by his children, David Davila (Jeff Wise), Monica Cooke (Gene), Veronica Price (Steven) and Jesse Davila (Amanda); Janie Davila (mother of his children); grandchi

ldren, Jessica Lovett (Jared) and Devon Cooke; brothers and sisters, Lupe Gonzalez (Sonny), Mona Albers (Joe), Tony Davila (Mary), Ana Cordova (Steve), Sue Perales (Fred), Juan Davilla (Toni), Delfina Juarez (Pete), Joe Davilla, Jesse Davila (Rachel), and Linda Garcia (Leonard).
Memorial service was planned on Oct. 23, 2013, at McCurdy Funeral Home in Lockhart, Texas, 105 E. Pecan St. at 10 a.m. As requested by “Big Al,” his ashes will be placed with his parents.
