Mr. Armando Castaneda, 57, of Lockhart, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2005. Recitation of the rosary was at 7:30 Thursday, March 10 at the DeLeon Funeral Home. Funeral service was at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 11, also at the DeLeon Funeral Home. Burial followed in St. Mary”s Cemetery. Austin and Zeba Acosta, of Lockhart; brothers, Frank Castaneda of Schertz Cibolo and Johnny Castaneda of Lockhart. Honored to serve as pallbearers were Robert Lee Castaneda, Phillip Saldana, Harvey Stout, Humberto Acosta, Irshad Nari and Imran Acosta. Honorary pallbearers were Paul Castanaeda and Marty Reyes. Services under the direction of Samuel DeLeon & Son, DeLeon Funeral Home.
