Jimmy Briones pled guilty to debit card abuse and was sentenced to four years probation, fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $961.69 in
restitution.
Robert Bunch pled true to violating his probation for forgery. Bunch was sentenced to 245 days in State Jail.
Brian Colter pled true to violating his probation for burglary of a building. Colter was sentenced to 15
months in a State Jail Facility.
Linda Escobedo pled guilty to evading arrest with a vehicle. She was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication and a $1,000 fine.
Chastity Handley pled guilty to misappropriation of fiduciary property. She was sentenced to five years probation, fined $500 and ordered to pay $19,259.47 in restitution.
Salvador Garcia pled guilty to failure to assist at injury accident and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication and a $1,000 fine.
Alicia Gill pled guilty to hindering apprehension. She was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication and a $1,000 fine.
James Green pled guilty to possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to seven years deferred adjudication and fined $2,000.
Daniel Jones plead guilty to theft of service. Jones was sentenced to two years probation, fined $750 and ordered to pay $1,819.85 in restitution.
William Kohutek pled guilty to theft and was sentenced to one year deferred adjudication and a $100 fine. He was also ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution.
Aaron Levi pled guilty to burglary of a habitation. He was sentenced to six years probation and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine.
Bonny Martinez, Jr. pled guilty to impersonating a public servant and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.
Johnny Joe Martinez pled guilty to possession of marihuana. Martinez was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.
Frank Morton pled guilty to possession of controlled substance. He was sentenced to three years probation and a $2,000 fine.
Ezechial Ogeda pled guilty to burglary of a habitation and sexual assault. Ogeda was sentenced to seven years deferred adjudication and ordered to pay a $3,000 fine.
Thomas Plummer plead true to violation of his probation for Felony Driving While Intoxicated. He was sentenced to five years in prison.
Mandujano Reyes pled guilty to possession of prohibited substance in a correctional facility. He was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication and a $1,000 fine.
Carlos Rivera pled guilty to misdemeanor assault. Rivera was sentenced to 180 days in county jail.
Shaun Russell plead true to violating his probation for possession of cocaine and was sentenced to four years in prison. He also pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 550 days in State Jail Facility.
Joseph Ryder pled guilty to misdemeanor theft and was sentenced to 138 days in the county jail.
Richard Strandtman pled guilty to theft. He was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.
Natalie Surginer pled guilty to possession of cocaine. She was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication and fined $2,500.Cynthia Ussery plead true to violating her probation for forgery. She was sentenced to 22 months in a State Jail Facility.
Natalie Woody plead guilty to criminal non-support and was sentenced to two years deferred adjudication. She was also fined $500.
Renee Zapata pled guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced to seven years deferred adjudication and fined $2,000.
