Fermented Vegetables Workshop with Abby Wetzel

The workshop includes a short talk about the basics of fermentation, followed by a live demonstration of how to make sauerkraut, kimchi, and pickles. The workshop will end with everyone making sauerkraut together to take home and a Q&A session. There will also be samples! The cost is 25.00 dollars.
