DESCRIPTION:We invite you to participate in the Lockhart Veteran’s Day Parade\, Saturday\, November 9\, 2019. Presented by American Legion Post 41 and Hector Rangel Post Commander. Completed applications are due by November 1\, 2019. They will also be available the day of the Parade. Lineup will begin at 8 a.m. on Nov. 9. Check-in for lineup will take place at the 500 Block of Guadalupe Street and Plum St. The parade will step off promptly at 9:30 am. All entries must be registered and with liability waivers on file with the American Legion Post 41 and Hector Rangel (located on the application). Represent yourself\, any family member or friend who served in the Military in the parade. You can walk\, use your decorated vehicle or pulled trailer in the parade. Applications are available by Email: veterans725@gmail.com or by coming by 604 East Market Street at Eddie’s Drive In week days after 5 PM to 7 PM and on weekends 12 pm to 7 PM. Featured impersonators include Garth Brooks\, Elvis Presley\, Ms. America\, Dolly Parton\, Melanie Safka\, Bob Segar\, Mama Cass\, Stevie Nicks\, Don Henley\, Lili Von Shtupp\, Luther Vandross\, Etta James\, Karen Carpenter\, Eleanor Powell\, and Patsy Cline plus San Antonio Magician\,  Michael Tallon and Houston magician John Dahlinger on Saturday\, and San Antonio ventriloquist David Pitts on Sunday. \nActive service men and women\, Veterans and Gold Star Families will be honored with free admission.
