41st Annual St. Mary’s Catholic Church String Prairie Homecoming Bazaar

Bar-B-Que Beef Plate with all the trimmings and homemade bread! Serving 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Dine-in or carry out. Adults - $10 / Children (under 10) $5. Auction and St. Anne's Society Raffle starting at 1:30 p.m. Games and refreshments include: homemade kolaches, country store shopping, music, crafts, face painting, ring toss, fish pond, bounce house, candy, nachos and other concession snacks, plus BBQ sandwiches/sausage wraps and snow cones! National Night Out in Lockhart

From 5:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. on October 1st, neighbors throughout the City of Lockhart are asked to lock their doors, turn on their front porch lights and spend the evening outside with neighbors and law enforcement. Along with the traditional outside lights and front porch vigils, most cities celebrate National Night Out by hosting block parties, cookouts, and various community events with safety demonstrations, youth events, visits from emergency personnel, and exhibits. Evening with the Authors

Please join us October 5, 2019 from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m for an unforgettable evening of conversation with locally and nationally renowned authors, gourmet food and wine in a lovely outdoor setting. The Heart of Texas Bike Ride

The Heart of Texas Bike Ride will be held Saturday Oct. 5 beginning in downtown Lockhart, 110 S. Main St. The ride will feature several route options to accomodate all skill levels, including 32 miles, 100 kilometers, 100 miles, 5-mile family fun rides and tiny tots around the block rides.
