Joseph M. Valdez

Mr. Joseph M. Valdez, 54, of Lockhart, passed away Thursday, Oct. 13, 2005. Recitation of the rosary was at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, 2005 at the DeLeon Funeral Home. Funeral mass was celebrated at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 2005. Burial followed in St. Mary”s Cemetery.
Mr. Valdez is survived by his wife, Dominga C. Valdez of Lockhart; daughter, Connie Fabian of Round Roc

k; son, Joseph R. Valdez, Jr. of Lockhart; sisters, Dora Gomez of Lockhart and Eva Tello of Round Rock; brothers, Edward Valdez of Hutto and Julio Valdez, Jr. of New Braunfels; two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers were Willie Cantu, Joey Cantu, Mario Gomez, Rudy Gomez, Jr., Mark Gomez, and Ruben Peralez.
Services under the direction of the DeLeon Funeral Home, 110 Cedar, Lockhart, Texas.
