Lady Lion softball wins Bi-District championship

The Lady Lion softball team shut out Austin LBJ Leopards on
Friday, April 29, with a 10-0 win for the bi-district championship.
Offensively, the Lady Lions dominated. Alyssa Gonzales was four-for-four at the plate with three RBI”s.

Defensively, Whitney Wendt led the Lady Lions with 10 strikeouts and only allowed three hits.
The Lady Lions will face Medina Valley on Thursday, May 5, in San Antonio at Northeast ISD. The game will be played at 7:00 p.m. and this is for the Area Championship.
