NOTICE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF

OFFICES AND

OUT-OF-DISTRICT MEETING PLACES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COTTON CENTER MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 OF CALDWELL COUNTY

To the residents and taxpayers of Cotton Center Municipal Utility District No. 2 of Caldwell County (the “District”) and to all the persons interested in the meetings of the Board of Directors

of such District:

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors, at an organizational meeting held December 12, 2014, established (1) an official office at the offices of Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 1108 Lavaca Street, Suite 510, Austin, Texas 78701, and (2) an office at the offices of Jones-Heroy & Associates, Inc., 1900 East Howard, Building A, Suite 6, Pflugerville, Texas 78660, for the purposes of receiving bids on certain public works projects, administering construction contracts for such projects, receiving correspondence related to such contracts, and for the storage of the plans and specifications of such projects. Out-of-District meeting places were established at (1) the offices of Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 1108 Lavaca Street, Suite 510, Austin, Texas 78701, and (2) the offices of Walton Development and Management, 515 Congress Avenue, Suite 1620, Austin, Texas 78701.

Said meeting places are hereby declared to be public places and open to the public. All residents and taxpayers of the District and all other interested persons are hereby invited to attend any meetings of the Board of Directors at such locations..

The Lockhart Independent School District, Lockhart, Texas, is seeking qualifications from Electrical/Mechanical Engineering consultants for the following projects:

AUTOMATIC TABULATING EQUIPMENT FOR JANUARY 6, 2015 SPECIAL ELECTIONS

TABULACIÓN AUTOMÁTICA EQUIPO PARA EL 06 DE ENERO, 2015 ELECCIONES ESPECIALES)

Notice is hereby given that the automatic tabulating equipment that will be used in the elections held on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 will be tested on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 3:00 PM at the Caldwell County Election’s Office, 1403 Blackjack St., Lockhart, Texas to ascertain that it will accurately count the votes cast for all offices and on all measures.
