The Original Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship of MANUELLA CANTU, Petitioner , and the Original Petition in Intervention, for Termination of Parent –Child Relationship, and for Adoption of JENNIFER ALVIZO AND JULIAN ALVIZO JR., were filed in the 22nd District Court of Caldwell County, Texas, on the 19th day of May, 2014, against STEPHANIE CANTU, Respondent , numbered 14-A-193 and entitled “In the Interest of Meia Rose Cantu and requests that Jennifer Alvizo and Julian Alvizo, Jr., be allowed to adopt Meia Rose Cantu .
“The date and place of birth who is the subject of the suit is January 19, 2005, in San Marcos, Texas.
“The court has authority in this suit to render an order in the child’s interest that will be binding on you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship, the determination of paternity, and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the child’s adoption. “
