APPLICATION FOR OIL AND GAS
WASTE DISPOSAL WELL PERMIT
Eagle Ford Oil Co., Inc., P.O. Box 8, Luling, Texas 78648 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to dispose of produced salt water or other oil and gas waste, including hydrogen sulfide, by well injection into a porous formation not productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to dispose of oil and gas waste into the Lower Edwards Formation, Hal Brown Lease, Well Number 58SW. The proposed disposal well is located 6.1 miles southeast of Lockhart, Texas in the Luling-Branyon Field, in Caldwell County. The waste water will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 2600 to 3300 feet.
LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.

Project consists of, but is not limited to the following: A 20’x20’ CMU block building with new LAS system and new chlorine system within, driveway extension, security fencing, flow meter and vault, electrical improvements and all other necessary appurtenances. Each Bidder shall also include the time when he could begin work and the number of days needed to complete the project as part of his bid. This may factor into the award of the project.
