Nancy Franklin Rich

Nancy Franklin Rich, age 77, of Farmersville, Texas, passed away on March 14, 2008. She was born on Nov. 6, 1930, in Lockhart, Texas, to Neil and Ruby Glover.
Nancy married Nolan Rich on Aug. 11, 1956, in Boise, Idaho. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. Rich lived in Irving for 30 years, where she worked at Collins Radio and House of Decoration Accessories for most o

f those years.
Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family. Traveling to Cowboy Polo tournaments throughout the country, taking weekend trips to the lake and going to the coast for fishing were the majority of the family vacations.
In her later years, she enjoyed spending time with her two youngest granddaughters.
Survivors include her sons, Glenn Rich and wife, Kandy, of Purdon, Texas, and Neal Rich and wife, Mary, of Lancaster, Texas, and Dan Rich and wife, Jeri, of Farmersville, Texas; grandchildren, Debbie West, Lloyd Rich, Kerry Rich, Gavy Rich, Aubrie Rich and Kate Rich; and great-grandchildren, Amanda, Lloyd, III, Shawn, Clinton and Jodi West.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at Chism-Smith Funeral Home with interment at Smith Cemetery in Irving, Texas.
