Where did you graduate and with what degree(s)? Texas State University with an Early Childhood Education degree in 2020.

Favorite thing(s) about teaching at Lockhart ISD: “I absolutely love the students and staff that I work with. There is nothing better than getting to say hi to smiling students and getting support from my coworkers.”

How would your friends describe you? “Loyal, creative, and probably clumsy.”

What values are most important to you? “Some of my most important values are having compassion and respect for others.”

Favorite Books: “One of the books that began my love for reading was The Giver by Lois Lowry. “

Favorite Music: “I love listening to lots of different types of music, but I’m always drawn to pop music. I’m a huge fan of Taylor Swift.”

Hobbies: “I love to read and draw. My newest hobby is knitting.”

What brings you hope? “My students bring me hope! Getting to work with the next generation is exciting because you know one day these will be change makers.”

Family: “My parents still live in the DFW area. I live with my orange tabby named Goose.”
